1. Contact the person responsible for this local installation and give them your username. Do not send your current password.
2. The local operator uses the account recovery tool to set a temporary password and shares it privately. It expires after 30 minutes.
3. Sign in and immediately choose your own password. Previous sessions are invalidated; your records remain.

If you are the only owner, the local installation operator follows the same recovery procedure. It does not require a second agency owner.
